FrontlineHQ ("we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains your rights under California law and how you can exercise them.
2. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You can request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You can request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your personal information and do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We only use sensitive personal information for purposes necessary to provide our services to you.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights, including by denying you services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of service.
3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

4. Do Not Sell or Share
FrontlineHQ does not sell personal information and has not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share personal information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, and they are contractually bound to use your data solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights through any of the following methods:
- Self-service: Sign in to your Dashboard > Settings > Data & Privacy to access, download, or delete your personal information.
- Email: Send a request to privacy@frontlinehq.ai with the subject line "CCPA Request" and a description of the right you wish to exercise.
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time, we may extend the response period by up to 45 additional days (90 days total) and will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
6. Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before processing any CCPA/CPRA request. We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. You must confirm the request from that email before we proceed. For requests to access or delete specific pieces of personal information, we may require additional verification steps to ensure the security of your data.
7. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA/CPRA request on your behalf. To do so, your authorized agent must provide written permission signed by you, along with proof of their identity. We may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us and confirm that you authorized the agent to act on your behalf. Please send authorized agent requests to privacy@frontlinehq.ai.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you cancel your account, we delete your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
