We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the Service, you must:

4. Free Trial

At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, including chatbot replies, voice agent conversations, and review responses. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published or sent on your behalf. We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by FrontlineHQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service (business data, customer information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Embeddable Widget

• By installing the FrontlineHQ chat widget on your website, you confirm you have authority to add third-party scripts to that website.
• The widget communicates with FrontlineHQ servers to process messages and deliver AI responses.
• You are responsible for informing your website visitors that an AI chatbot is in use.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data processing through our platform.

We process end-user chat data on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller for your customers' data collected through the chatbot.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontlineHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrontlineHQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
