Business Users are responsible for: informing customers that an AI chatbot is in use, including appropriate disclosures in their own privacy policies, and responding to data access or deletion requests from their customers.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure data storage, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • AI responses are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Business Users should review AI-generated content and are responsible for its use.
  • The chatbot is not designed to collect sensitive data such as health records, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers. Do not configure your chatbot to request such information.
