Managing Your Subscription

Viewing your plan

Go to Billing in the sidebar to see your current plan details:

  • Plan name (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Agency)
  • Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Usage against your plan limits

Upgrading or downgrading

Click Change Plan to switch plans. Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Payment and invoices

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method (credit/debit card)
  • View and download past invoices
  • Update billing information (company name, address)

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, go to Billing → Manage Billing and click Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate anytime.

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it's permanently deleted per our data retention policy.
