Team Members and Roles

Inviting team members

Go to Team in the sidebar and click Invite Member. Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an email invitation with a link to create their account and join your team.

Roles and permissions

FrontlineHQ has 5 built-in roles:

  • Owner — Full access to everything including billing and danger zone actions. Auto-assigned to the account creator.
  • Admin — Full access except billing and account deletion
  • Manager — Can manage chatbots, leads, and team members. Cannot access billing or API keys.
  • Agent — Can view conversations, respond to leads, and manage reviews. Cannot change settings.
  • Viewer — Read-only access to dashboards and reports

Managing team members

From the Team page, you can:

  • Change roles — Click the role badge next to a member's name
  • Remove members — Click the remove button (only Owners and Admins can do this)
  • Resend invites — For pending invitations that haven't been accepted
