Connecting Your Google Business Profile

Go to Reviews in the sidebar and click Connect Google Business. You'll be redirected to Google's authorization page to grant FrontlineHQ access to your business reviews.

Required permissions:

• Read your Google Business Profile reviews
• Post replies to reviews on your behalf

We only access review data — never your personal Google account information.

If you have multiple Google Business locations, you'll be asked to select which one to connect. You can connect multiple locations — each one syncs independently.

After connecting, FrontlineHQ will pull in your existing reviews. This usually takes a few seconds. Once synced, new reviews are automatically imported daily via a scheduled sync.

You can also trigger a manual sync anytime by clicking Sync Now in the Reviews dashboard.
