Review dashboard
The Reviews page shows all your Google reviews with:
- Star rating and review text
- Reviewer name and date
- Response status — Pending, Draft, Published
- AI-generated response (if available)
Filter reviews by rating (1-5 stars), response status, or date range.
Responding to reviews
For each review, you can:
- Generate AI Response — Click to get an AI-drafted response tailored to the review content
- Edit the draft — Modify the AI response before publishing
- Write your own — Type a custom response from scratch
- Publish — Post the response directly to Google
AI responses are generated using your business context and brand tone. They acknowledge the reviewer's feedback, address specific points, and maintain a professional voice.
Response best practices
Whether you use AI or write manually, follow these guidelines:
- Respond to every review — both positive and negative
- Be specific — Reference what the reviewer mentioned
- Stay professional — Even when reviews are unfair
- Invite offline contact — For negative reviews, offer to resolve privately
- Never promise refunds publicly — Handle compensation privately
