Call log
Go to Voice Agent → Calls to see all incoming calls. Each call shows:
- Caller phone number
- Date, time, and duration
- Call outcome (answered, voicemail, transferred)
- AI-generated summary
- Sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
Transcripts
Click any call to view the full transcript. The transcript shows a turn-by-turn conversation between the caller and the AI agent, with timestamps for each exchange.
Transcripts are automatically generated from the call recording and are usually available within seconds after the call ends.
Call summaries
Every call gets an AI-generated summary that includes:
- Purpose — Why the caller called
- Key details — Names, dates, service requests mentioned
- Action items — Follow-ups needed
- Outcome — Was the issue resolved, or does it need human follow-up?
Summaries let you quickly scan call activity without reading full transcripts.
