Understanding the Chatbot Dashboard

Chatbot hub overview

When you click on a chatbot from the sidebar, you'll see the Chatbot Hub with these tabs:

  • Customize — Configure AI behavior, system prompt, tone, quick replies, and test in the playground
  • Activity — View all conversations and chat history
  • Leads — See captured leads with contact info and conversation context
  • Sources — Manage knowledge base (websites, Q&A, files, text)
  • Go Live — Style the widget, set content, get embed codes, connect channels
  • Settings — Lead capture rules, auto-close timing, feedback toggles

Key metrics

The dashboard shows real-time metrics including:

  • Total conversations — All chat sessions started
  • Leads captured — Visitors who submitted contact info
  • Messages sent — Total AI responses generated
  • Active conversations — Currently open chats

All numbers come from real data — there are never placeholder or estimated values.
