Chatbot hub overview
When you click on a chatbot from the sidebar, you'll see the Chatbot Hub with these tabs:
- Customize — Configure AI behavior, system prompt, tone, quick replies, and test in the playground
- Activity — View all conversations and chat history
- Leads — See captured leads with contact info and conversation context
- Sources — Manage knowledge base (websites, Q&A, files, text)
- Go Live — Style the widget, set content, get embed codes, connect channels
- Settings — Lead capture rules, auto-close timing, feedback toggles
Key metrics
The dashboard shows real-time metrics including:
- Total conversations — All chat sessions started
- Leads captured — Visitors who submitted contact info
- Messages sent — Total AI responses generated
- Active conversations — Currently open chats
All numbers come from real data — there are never placeholder or estimated values.
