Viewing conversations
Go to the Activity tab in your chatbot hub, or navigate to Conversations in the main sidebar. You'll see a list of all chat sessions with:
- Visitor name (if captured) or "Anonymous Visitor"
- First message preview
- Timestamp and duration
- Status (active, closed, or escalated)
Conversation details
Click any conversation to see the full chat transcript. Each message shows:
- Who sent it (visitor or AI)
- Timestamp
- Knowledge sources used (if the AI referenced your training data)
You can also see the visitor's location, device, and referral source in the sidebar.
Auto-close and conversation lifecycle
Conversations are automatically closed after 15 minutes of inactivity (configurable in Settings). Closed conversations are still visible in your history and can be reviewed anytime.
When a conversation is closed, a summary is automatically generated by AI, capturing key topics discussed and any action items.
